ASEE New England Section Spring 2007 Conference

REGISTRATION & HOTEL INFORMATION

 

Registration for the Spring 2007 ASEE New England Section Conference is now open.  Participants are asked to fill out the registration form (pdf format) and mail it along with the registration fee to:

The deadline for early registration is April 2, 2007.

 

Fee Schedule:
	Early registration	Late registration (after 3/23/07)
Participants	$ 150	$ 165
Accompanying person - Banquet 4/20	$ 35	$ 35
Undergraduate student with lunch	$ 50	$ 50
High School teachers	$ 35	$ 35

 

 

For participants, fees cover dinner on 4/20, lunches on 4/20 and 4/21, coffee breaks, and conference proceedings on a CD-rom.

 

For accompanying persons fee covers dinner on 4/20, lunches on 4/20 and 4/21, and coffee breaks.

 

For accompanying persons (4/14 only) and undergraduate students (4/14 with food) fees cover breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on 4/14/07.

 

All participants (including presenters of papers) need to pay the registration fee.

Make reservations by calling hotel directly.  When making a reservation, guests should mention the reservation group code: ASEE and (if asked) the group name: ASEE URI

The agreed upon rate is $75/room for sigle or double standard rooms. To obtain these rates, reservations must be made no later than April 1, 2007.  The rates above are valid for the nights of 4/20/07 and 4/22/07 (for those who wish to extend their stay in the area).

The hotel is less than 5 miles to campus..

Reservation block cut-off date is 4/1/07.
