Research Information

Dr. Rose is the chair of the Rhode Island Atomic Energy Commission, the Rhode Island Energy Coordinating Council, he served as Associate Dean of the graduate school form 1971-1995 and is Chair of the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center Reactor Utilization Committee . He is Assistant Secretary/Treasurer for the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Advisor for Tau Beta Pi, a warden for the Kingston Fire District, a Commissioner for Kingston Water District, and technical consultant and member of the Board of Directors of Save the Bay, Inc., Dr. Rose has published in several engineering journals and presented numerous papers at conferences in his field.
