Part of the project is developing your own research and estimation skills, so I leave this as something that is up to you.
My only clear advice on the matter is to make sure that you can justify your argument or that of the source that you use. For example, if you say "Uri the Ram says the number is 20," then make sure you comment about how and why Uri comes up with that number.
