These data are relatively easy to import into excel, using the steps below. (Note that these steps are from excel 2000; slightly different steps may be required in more recent excel versions, but they should be similar.)
1) Download the data to a .txt file
2) Choose Data-> Get External Data -> Import Text file
3) Browse to the saved file. This will start a wizard.
4) Choose Delimited text, click Next...
5) Choose space as the delimiter. Check the box to allow consecutive delimiters to act as just one. Next...
6) Do some advanced stuff if you'd like; it isn't necessary.
7) Click Finish and put the text wherever you'd like.
Voila! Now you have all the data.
The reason that there are # signs in front of some data points is that # is the comment string in my default graphing program (xmgrace).
