Types and economics of automatic assembly systems. Analysis of automatic feeding and orienting techniques for small parts. Application of robots in assembly. Economics of assembly systems for printed circuit boards.

Prerequisite: ISE 240 or permission of instructor.
Not for graduate credit for students with credit in ISE 444.
